Return & Refund Eligibility
Because each product is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect name spelling or design details provided by the customer
Personal preference (e.g., size, style, etc.)
Refunds Are Only Applicable If:
You receive the wrong item
Your product arrives damaged or broken
The customization is not as you ordered
In these cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.
Proof Required
To process a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Items returned without prior approval
Delays caused by courier services (though we help resolve them)
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, production may have started, and cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Timeline
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned via the original payment method.
